🏫 APAC Region Provided Free Education Up to Age 13

Sri Lanka, Australia, and New Zealand lead the APAC region with 13 years of free primary and secondary education, while several others, including Indonesia, Nepal, and Hong Kong, provide 12 years. This long term access strengthens pathways to higher education and equips students with essential skills for future economies. Expanding free schooling is also linked to greater social mobility and workforce readiness. UNESCO continues to support such initiatives under SDG 4: Quality Education, promoting lifelong learning opportunities globally.

⚕️ Africa Had the Lowest Life Expectancy in 2023

Oceania records the highest average life expectancy at 78.5 years, whereas Latin America and Asia both stand at 74. Africa reports 63, reflecting regional variations shaped by healthcare access, economic development, and demographic trends. These differences highlight the importance of continued global investment in health systems and preventive care, WHO’s Global Health Strategy aims to narrow gaps and improve longevity worldwide.

🏭 Global Logistics Industry Size From 2018-2023

The global logistics industry expanded from $5.58 trillion in 2018 to $9.41 trillion in 2023, showing strong resilience. Growth was largely driven by e-commerce demand and supply chain digitalization. With logistics now central to manufacturing and retail efficiency, investments in automation and green transport are reshaping the sector. Policies such as the EU’s Green Deal further emphasize sustainable logistics as a pillar of future global trade.
